Flexible Packaging for Alcoholic Beverages Products

The alcoholic beverage industry demands packaging that protects delicate aromas, complex flavors, and product integrity from oxygen, light, and contamination. Hansin delivers high-performance standard or high barrier aseptic bags from 1L to 25L — engineered for wine, cocktail mixes, pre-mixed drinks, and sangria. Our systems preserve authentic taste and quality from cellar to glass.

Cocktails and mixed drinks

Still wines with refined tannins, fruit‑forward sangrias with citrus and berry notes, smooth cocktail mixes featuring fruit purées, herbs, or spices, and refreshing pre‑mixed alcoholic beverages with balanced sweetness and acidity – all are reliably protected by Hansin’s aseptic packaging solutions.

Our films deliver exceptional strength, flexibility, and barrier protection to preserve natural color, fresh flavor, and aromatic complexity while extending shelf life. Suitable for both aseptic and non-aseptic filling, Hansin ensures safe, high-performance packaging for the alcoholic beverage industry.

Fitments & dispensing taps

Hansin’s taps and spouts for wine bag-in-box are made for clean, controlled pouring. They seal tightly, and the bag collapses as wine is drawn off, which limits air contact after opening. Made from food-safe materials, they fit our bag-in-box and pouch packaging.

Wine Bag Sizes, Taps and Oxygen Control

Oxygen is what limits boxed wine, and the bag is what controls it. Barrier film and tap design together decide how long the wine stays drinkable once the box is opened.

The tap draws wine out while the bag collapses, so air never replaces what is poured. That is why a bag-in-box outlasts a re-corked bottle.

  • 1.5L–3L — retail boxed wine, Vitop tap
  • 5L–10L — foodservice, bars and events
  • 20L–24L — bulk supply for dispensing systems
  • Red, white and rose — high-barrier or aluminium film by shelf life

Higher-barrier structures are specified where wine sits in a warehouse for months; standard barrier is enough for fast-turning retail lines.

Bags are supplied plain or printed, and cartons can carry your own label artwork. Wineries buying by the container can order bags and taps separately or pre-assembled.
