Tomato products — paste, purée, diced, or sauce — demand packaging beyond simple containment. High acidity, rich color, and viscous textures require exceptional oxygen barrier, puncture resistance, and structural integrity. Hansin delivers precisely that with standard or high barrier aseptic bags, engineered for the toughest tomato processing environments.

From high‑viscosity tomato paste to chunky diced tomatoes with seeds and skin, and smooth, flowable industrial sauces — Hansin ensures consistent quality, extended shelf life, and reliable performance under demanding conditions.
Hansin’s tomato paste aseptic bags use multilayer high-barrier film for tomato paste, purée, diced tomatoes and sauces. Designed for bag-in-drum and bag-in-box filling, the liners help shield acidic products from oxygen and light during storage and transport. Film structure and fitment options can be matched to product viscosity, filling method and pack size.

Hansin’s fitments for tomato products are matched to the discharge method. A 2-inch screw cap suits pumped discharge of thick paste, and a 1-inch pressure valve suits aseptic filling lines. Made from food-safe materials, they stay sealed through filling, storage and transport.
Tomato products are acidic, viscous and richly coloured, so they attack ordinary film and show any oxygen ingress as browning.
The standard bulk format is a 220 litre aseptic bag-in-drum holding about 200kg of paste, filled hot and sealed for ambient shipment. Smaller 20L to 125L bags cover sampling and short runs.
Fitment choice depends on the discharge method. A 2-inch screw cap suits pumped discharge of thick paste; a 1-inch pressure valve suits aseptic filling lines.
Bags are irradiated before shipment and can be supplied with the drum, the liner or both.
