The HSNF-1 (also listed as BIB200) is a single-head, semi-automatic filler for non-aseptic bag-in-box. It fills bags from 2 to 25 L fitted with 1-inch or 2-inch spouts, for medium and large-scale production.
How the HSNF-1 works
- The operator places a bag on the filling head.
- The machine removes the cap, fills the set volume and recaps the spout.
- The operator takes off the filled bag and loads the next one.

Like all Hansin fillers, it is metered by flowmeter or weight to suit the product, with stainless steel liquid-contact parts.
