Fitments & dispensing taps

Hansin’s spouts and taps for sauces and soups are matched to product viscosity and discharge method, from pumped bulk sauce to foodservice dispensing. Made from food-safe materials, they stay sealed through filling, storage and transport.

Filling Hot, Viscous and Particulate Products

Sauces and soups are harder to pack than thin liquids. Viscosity, particulates and hot-fill temperature all change which film and which spout will work.

Hot-fill compatible structures let you fill above 80°C and cool in the bag, which is how most tomato-based and cooked sauces are packed for bulk transport.

  • Thin sauces and soups — 3L–20L bag-in-box with dispensing tap
  • Thick sauces and pastes — 20L–220L bag-in-drum, wide-bore fitment
  • Sauces with particulates — 2-inch screw cap for clean discharge
  • Foodservice dispensing — pouch or BIB with pressure or premix spout

Barrier grade follows the shelf life. High-barrier film protects colour and flavour in ambient storage; non-barrier is enough for chilled products consumed quickly.

Bags are supplied plain or printed, with OEM artwork on the outer carton for foodservice and retail brands.
