Hansin’s Bag-in-Box (BIB) packaging provides a reliable, secure, and efficient solution for pharmaceutical products, including liquid medications, vaccines, and intravenous (IV) fluids. Constructed with high-quality, medical-grade materials and compatible with aseptic filling, Hansin’s bags offer superior protection against contamination, maintaining the integrity and potency of sensitive pharmaceutical formulations.

Hansin aseptic bags for pharmaceutical liquids combine multilayer barrier films with secure fill-and-dispense fitments for controlled handling. The flexible packaging is intended for non-invasive liquid applications, using light, oxygen, and moisture barriers to support product integrity through filling, storage, transport, and connection to compatible dispensing systems.
Pharmaceutical liquids need sterility that survives storage and transport. Aseptic packaging sterilises the film and the product separately, then brings them together in a sterile filling zone.
That removes the cold chain for many products and keeps them stable at ambient temperature without preservatives.
Bags are irradiated before shipment and supplied with certification documents on request.
Production runs under BRC and FSSC 22000 certified processes, and Hansin is the only Asian member of the EU ABMA.
