Juice Bags from Retail Boxes to 1000L Liners

Juice covers two very different jobs: retail and foodservice packs that a customer dispenses, and bulk concentrate that moves between processing plants.

Aseptic filling lets NFC juice and concentrate travel and be stored at ambient temperature without preservatives, which removes the cold chain from the cost.

  • Retail and foodservice juice — 1.5L–20L bag-in-box with tap
  • Juice concentrate — 220L aseptic drum bag
  • Bulk NFC juice — 1000L–1500L IBC or form-fit liner
  • Fruit pulp and pulpy juice — wide-bore or screw fitment

Barrier grade follows the shelf life target. Apple, orange and mixed juices in ambient storage normally take a high-barrier or aluminium structure.

Bags for apple, orange, mango, pineapple and mixed juice all come off the same aseptic lines, with spout choice matched to pulp content.
