Especially when the filling product is very liquid.
For many years we always suggest to our customers to block the bags following the general instructions.

recently we discover a new efficient method.
method to block the bags
The mean ……. is to use the PE bag that usually all the customers use between
the aseptic bag and the drum.
How to do:
1）Use a PE bag with the right length (not too short);
2） Stretch horizontally the upper part of the aseptic bag and put the two corner between the
bag and the drum;
3）The surface has to be as much flat is possible;
4）Collect the PE bag upper part in order to form a topknot and twist;
5）Twist as must as possible since you see the outer part (close to the drum) became “round”;
6）Fix the PE bag with a “plastic strip”
