Hansin manufactures the full range of bag-in-box spouts, valves, taps and fitments used across liquid packaging: pressure valves for post-mix syrup lines, dispenser taps for wine, juice and water, easy-open valves for foodservice, screw and flat-head fitments for aseptic drum bags, and custom fitments built to a customer drawing.
Every fitment is produced in-house and matched to the film structure it will be welded to, so the spout, the bag and the filling equipment work as one system. Standard 1-inch and 2-inch sizes cover most filling lines; Vitop, Elpo, CMB and premix-compatible options are available where a specific dispenser or coupling is required.
Fitments can be supplied on their own for customers who make their own bags, or pre-welded into Hansin bag-in-box, aseptic and IBC liner products. Tell us the liquid, the volume, the filling machine and the shelf life you need, and we will recommend the spout and barrier combination that fits.
